The site is devoted to inventive problems and methods to solve them. According to the site's editorial board, ‘methods evolve when an activity important to humans combines both recurrent and unique qualities. Methodology is a doctrine of methods and means of activity. Methodologists are those who explore for the ways to advance methods. The quality of a method should be tried in practice, by solving real problems, i. e. exploring for the principles to achieve goals’. The followers of the theory of solving inventive problems (TRIZ) advance their own views of thought as well. For example, N. F. Ovchinnikov published his original theory of thought which, according to him, presents ‘a new approach to logic and intuition’. In the ‘Academy’ section G. P. Shchedrovitsky's and V. A. Lefebvre's texts are referred to as classics. | |
